Hi, I’m Tapas Banik, a System Administrator with the MOL IT team—seven years and counting! My focus is simple: keep IT stable, secure, and easy to use. I work across cloud and on prem platforms, managing devices and access. I love solving technical puzzles and finding smarter ways to improve IT- whether that’s boosting performance, tightening security, or streamlining how things run. Hi, I’m Arindam Mondal, a Senior Associate Designer with the Multi Media Creators team—the creative support arm for MOL IT. I love turning ideas into motion—through graphics and video. Most of my work focuses on marine safety and e learning videos that support the MOL Safety Campaign and power the ‘My Goal Zero Harm’ mindset across the MOL Group. These videos help spread safety awareness, reduce repeat incidents. I also get to showcase the MOL IT brand, services, and products. What makes it even better? The team. We’re fun, energetic, and super close knit. With strong support from leadership, MOL IT is a place where creativity and safety culture grow side by side—and where I keep learning, creating, and growing too. I’m proud to be an MOL ITian!
Hello, my name is Anneswa Chatterjee, and I work in the Artificial Intelligence and Data Science team at MOL-IT as a Data Analyst. I work on building and managing data platforms and BI solutions that support business reporting and analytics. I focus on ensuring that data is organized, reliable, and easily accessible by monitoring data pipelines, resolving issues, and implementing enhancements which helps business teams to access accurate insights and make proper decisions. I contribute towards MOL’s Blue Action 2035, which is the Group’s long-term strategy. Through projects like MOL PEARL, I helped build a centralized and standardized data hub, which improves data consistency and governance in multiple divisions of MOL. Currently, I support the LNG DB project, which provides a BI analytics platform to monitor financial performance and business growth. Working at MOL-IT has been a great experience. I’ve had the opportunity to work on diverse projects. The strong collaborative culture here makes every contribution feel valued, creating a truly inspiring place to help shape MOL’s data driven future.
